The property is the ”famous” historical HQ of Europe 1 radio station since its creation in 1955 and is mainly composed of a block of four Haussmann style buildings, interconnected as a single building.
Due to its age, the property is composed of outdated, inefficient and disorganized offices and recording studios.
The property does not currently have any retail areas, which will be a focus of the value creation strategy.
Access: the property is centrally located and easily accessible via the main Parisian roads and public transport as it is within 5 minutes’ walk from two major metro lines (M1 and M9).
