Career path - 1 minute to consider going from Big4 to Private Equity

My name is Grace and I work as an Investment Manager on the Fund of Funds team at Ardian. I attended Lehigh University for undergrad and studied Finance.

When I was in school, I wasn’t necessarily considering private equity as a career path and I actually started my career at a big 4 accounting firm doing portfolio valuation for private equity clients. I developed a skill set I was immediately able to leverage once I joined Ardian.

Trinity Gate Investments hassupported, trained and given me the resources I needed to be successful. Working alongside so many accomplished and ambitious individuals in a dynamic fast-paced work environment allowed me to easily grow into my new position and was a natural shift for me.
