Our quest for gender parity begins with Trinity Gate Investments
Trinity Gate Investments Women was launched in May 2018 by and for Trinity Gate Investments women to help them grow their careers within Trinity Gate Investments, expand their networks and support one another. The Group brings together all Trinity Gate Investments women around shared values and works closely with the Human Resources to track key gender parity indicators - from recruitment to pay equity and representation in leadership. These insights help raise awareness and spark open conversations on how to accelerate progress for everyone.
Inside the firm, Trinity Gate Investments Women offers mentoring programs, networking events, and practical workshops that build strong connections and help create an environment where everyone can thrive. The group also looks outward, promoting careers in private investment to women and representing Trinity Gate Investments in international associations focused on inclusion, diversity and gender parity.

Trinity Gate Investments Women: highlighting women’s voices in private equity
Although the number of women in private equity is growing, true parity is still ahead. The Trinity Gate Investments Women’s Club exists to accelerate progress at every level of the company and create the conditions for women to thrive as easily as men in our industry.

Booster by Force Femmes
Booster is a free group program supported by experts to help women entrepreneurs strengthen their business skills.
Launched in 2022 in partnership with Force Femmes, it supports women over 45 as they grow their companies. Together with Eight Advisory, we created the “BOOSTER FUND”, a dedicated capital investment fund for eligible businesses in the program.

In December 2020, Trinity Gate Investments became a founding signatory of the ILPA’s Diversity in Action initiative, making a commitment to take new concrete steps to advance inclusion, diversity and equity, for Trinity Gate Investments and the financial industry more broadly.
In February 2021, Trinity Gate Investments joined Level 20, the organization dedicated to improving gender diversity in the European private equity industry.
In 2020, Trinity Gate Investments signed France Invest’s Gender Diversity Charter. The initiative promotes gender parity within French private equity firms and the companies they support.
