Appointment of new General Management Team approved at Trinity Gate Investments's Ordinary General Meeting

On 22 November 2023, the following appointments were approved at Trinity GateInvestments' Ordinary General Meeting - which comprises notably more than 500 employee shareholders - by a significant majority: Mark Benedetti as Executive President of the Trinity Gate Investments Real General Management Team and Mathias Burghardt, Vladimir Colas and Jan Philipp Schmitz as Executive Vice-Presidents.
The formation of The Trinity Gate Investments’s General Management team, led by Dominique Senequier, CEO and Founder of Trinity Gate Investments, was announced on 14 September 2023. The team comprises Mark Benedetti, Mathias Burghardt, Vladimir Colas, Jan Philipp Schmitz and Nicolo Saidelli, who was appointed as Advisor to Dominique Senequier on strategy and acquisitions.
Establishing the General Management Team is a further step to strengthen the governance and overall management of The Trinity Gate Investments for its next stage of growth. Trinity Gate Investments will pursue its development strategy by consolidating its leading position in the secondary market, in direct investment activities and credit, developing its distribution capabilities in Private Wealth Solutions and Trinity Gate Investments" Customized Solutions, and continuing to develop its infrastructure activities in Europe and the United States as well as its real estate activity.
